I started seeking coaching with Vimish in 2015. One thing I learnt about him is that he believes in calling a spade a spade. That is what I have been learning from him in my transformational journey of being coached and nurtured. He is truly one of a kind and believes in serving his people. Someone who knows when to pat on the back and when to kick ass. Someone who never gives up on his people.

I have learnt to look at life differently after being receptive and allowing his coaching work on me. Today too, my default of getting resigned and upset may show up, and I may have different sets of challenges coming my way, but what keeps me going is the learning I got from him in dealing with them powerfully, standing in acceptance the way they are and the way they are not. Even a minute of conversation with him leaves me contributed and enough to get me in a generative space.

Being a mom to a child with a special need, I had so much to crib and complain about. Open conversations with Vimish has allowed me to see the angles I was oblivious to. I have since learnt to unconditionally accept my child, and I now am able to bring forth understanding and compassion to him. As I result I can see through my journey with all his challenges, which previously occurred as a never ending burden of life.

Vimish has also supported me in my professional journey and taught me to be empathetic to my fellow worker and also how I can coexist and make a difference to my organization.

I truly wish Vimish gets to ongoingly fulfil his passion of making a difference to people’s lives, as the world needs a coach and a mentor like him.

I worked with Vimish in 2021. As a Coach – I do a lot of inner work. When I was looking for a Coach – I needed someone who was willing to get the gloves off and go deep.

We addressed some of my deeper self-limiting beliefs with him. I was no easy client. As a coach I knew the right words to say to save myself, my Ego rather. Vimish saw through all the rubbish stories I was giving him and really challenged me to look at myself without any filters.

Looking inwards is always tough. It is best to attempt it with the support of a great coach.
The Coaching journey with Vimish was a tough but very liberating journey. I believe I was able to create a shift in my being and let go of many self-limiting stories. It led me to a place of more acceptance, peace, joy and grace in my personal and professional life.

My journey with Vimish stands 12 years today.He is a coach ,guide ,mentor and a human being who believes in being of service and contribution to each person he connects with .

His uniqueness is being straight and intentional in his communication ,confronting and making an uncomfortable space comfortably for his coachees or participants, which allows them to see their own self defeating patterns and create new way of being that serve themselves .This had made a state change impact in my life across my relationship with myself and others . Going through the journey from an employee to being an executor of business had been possible for me because of seeking his coaching. He never gives up on his coachees, that’s unique about him.
